2015 is Around the Corner
Do you have a New Year Resolution?
With January 1st upon us in less than a month, the chitter & chatter of New Year Resolutions will be all around us and of course one of the TOP resolutions is to lose weight. But, why is it that every year we tell ourselves that this will be the year we get fit, trim and healthy but still we tend to fail??
One of the #1 reasons we fail is because we were not mentally prepared and we were too vague going into the year and that's why NOW is the time to make a plan, set goals and write them down.
Follow my 3 Be's and you will BE successful the New Year!!
Be Specific - How much weight would you like to lose and by what date? The more specific you make your goal, the more likely you are to succeed.
Be Prepared - How are you going to lose the weight? Do you have a plan or a program? Don't wake up on the 1st thinking "now what?" Have a solid plan.
Be Positive - Don't start 2015 with the fear of failing, self doubts or negative thoughts. If you have the mindset to fail, you most likely will.
