The BEST ever - FATBOMBS!








There are a ton of recipes out there for "Fat Bombs" so I spent the afternoon perfecting my own which are seriously dangerously addicting, the next best thing to Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and even come with a kid approval seal.  


I became interested in Fat Bombs while following a LCHF (Low Carb High Fat) lifestyle and for once this is a plan where you can incorporate bacon, heavy creams and dark chocolate....Heavenly, right?  Check out more info here.  Make sure if you're gonna give these a try, you aren't scared to add a little fat into your life.....Fat Burns Fat!!

Let's Start.......



Did I mention this is EASY too?!? 
Only 4 Ingredients!

1/2 Cup Melted Coconut Oil

1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup Chocolate Shakeology

1/4Cup Honey

* If you don't have Shakeology, you can order some HERE!





Mix together the 4 ingredients really good until there are no more lumps and line a Mini-Cupcake tin with FUN mini liners. Poor approximately 1 Tablespoon of mixture in each liner. 
I was able to fill a total of 30 mini cupcake liners and didn't feel guilty at all about licking the bowl. 

They are now ready to stick in the freezer!


BUT WAIT..........


Now, I know I said ONLY 4 ingredients, but lets face it...more flavor the better!! 
It's now time to pick your poison....I used these in the picture below but feel free to add dried fruit, chia seed or your favourite nuts. 

* Depending on the weight of your topping, they may sink which isn't always a bad thing. Try throwing in a couple mini chocolate chips before you throw it in the freezer and grated chocolate on top after for an extra surprise when you bite in. *




Freeze for about an hour and they are ready to enjoy!
I keep in the freezer for a quick treat.
